Job Description

This is a remote position.

The Remote Data Entry Clerk will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data management across our real estate systems working entirely remotely. This position involves entering updating and verifying property and lease data with precision while supporting internal teams with timely and dependable information.



Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate Data Entry & Maintenance

    • Enter update and verify property listings lease information tenant data and related transactional details into internal systems.

    • Ensure high attention to detail and accuracy in all data entry activities.

  • Data Validation & Quality Assurance

    • Review incoming data for completeness and consistency; flag and correct any discrepancies or incomplete entries.

    • Perform routine checks and validation to maintain integrity across records.

  • Timely Updates & Processing

    • Manage frequent data updates ensuring that information reflects current property status lease changes or tenant transitions.

    • Respond efficiently to requests for data corrections or updates from internal teams.

  • Reporting & Documentation

    • Prepare straightforward reports or summaries upon request including lists of properties lease expirations or transaction statuses.

    • Maintain a simple maintained log of all data changes or updates performed.

  • Team Collaboration & Communication

    • Communicate effectively via email or messaging platforms with team members regarding data issues clarifications or updates.

    • Provide clear progress updates and adhere to remote communication norms.

  • Process Improvement & Suggestions

    • Identify recurring data entry challenges or workflow inefficiencies and propose improvements.

    • Contribute ideas for enhancing the clarity reliability and speed of data processes.



Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate s degree or additional training in Business Administration or Data Management is a plus.

  • Proven experience (1 2 years) in data entry or administrative roles preferably in real estate brokerage or similar environments.

  • Excellent accuracy attention to detail and ability to consistently maintain data quality.

  • Strong organization and time-management skills especially in a remote context.

  • Proficiency in standard office software and comfort with remote collaboration tools.

  • Clear and proactive communicator able to resolve issues and relay progress without direct oversight.

Bachelor s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Urban Planning, Business, or a related field (advanced degrees beneficial). Minimum 5 7 years of progressive experience in real estate development, site planning, or construction leadership. Proven track record managing multi-phase development projects from initial concept through closing. Strong financial acumen, including budget analysis and cost-tracking skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills. Hands-on approach with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
