The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.

Job Summary:

Provide Video Conference and IT support to multiple sites in a territory or geographic region. Resolve incidents with Audio/Visual equipment PC hardware software and business applications within the organizations computing environment. This position ranges from mid to senior level technician for all aspects of the job.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that AV hardware and software is prepared to meet the needs of the organization.
  • Offering plans and advice for live audio and video events including broadcasts conferences
  • Maintenance troubleshooting and problem-solving of hardware and software
  • Storing transporting assembling and disassembling AV equipment.
  • Ensuring the production and updating of AV documentation such as user guides.
  • Support and maintain computer systems desktops software hardware and applications for multiple site locations in an assigned region.
  • Administer support and deploy hybrid & cloud-based end user computing instances through Intune Admin Center Azure Portal and MS Entra ID.
  • Responsible for critical work and/or complex projects performed within a broader technical and business context.
  • Install configure test maintain monitor and troubleshoot end-user and network hardware peripheral devices printing/scanning video conference equipment software iOS Android and other products to deliver optimal performance.
  • Maintain ticketing queue with a focus on incident management ticket prioritization escalations and closing incidents within allotted SLA.
  • Provide technical advice guidance and training to end-user base.
  • Follow the Change Release Incident and Problem Management policies.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex incidents.
  • Evaluate and implement solutions utilizing best practices.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide project related support including PC deployment refresh equipment upgrades and application deployment.
  • Collaborate with technology teams and business unit associates to ensure efficient operation of the organizations computing environment.

Qualifications:

  • Understanding AV technologies and IT systems on a technical level
  • Competence with video conference and broadcasting systems
  • Work with engineering and production teams for quality warranty and cost improvement activities.
  • Document and make recommendations for vendor support and consolidate when possible.
  • Experience in troubleshooting installation system maintenance incident management change management customer service and support.
  • Typically possesses a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education training and work experience.

The typical base pay range for this role is between $108k - $125k depending on job-related knowledge skills experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
