Bela Brand Bat is seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our Houston team. This role will focus on developing and executing strategic marketing plans conducting market research and managing multi-channel campaigns to support client acquisition and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Develop implement and monitor marketing strategies aligned with company goals
Conduct market and competitor research to inform campaign direction
Collaborate with creative and operations teams to produce marketing materials
Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns
Analyze campaign effectiveness and prepare performance reports
Manage marketing budgets and timelines
Maintain consistent brand messaging across all client-facing materials
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field
2 years of experience in a marketing or brand management role
Strong understanding of market research and data analysis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
