Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of our marketing strategies. This role involves coordinating marketing initiatives analyzing performance metrics and ensuring consistent brand messaging across campaigns. The ideal candidate will be highly organized have excellent communication skills and be eager to grow within a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
Manage project timelines and support campaign rollouts
Assist with content creation for marketing collateral newsletters and presentations
Track and report on marketing performance data to evaluate campaign success
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging
Support event planning trade shows and client outreach materials
Monitor industry trends and support market research efforts
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or related field
13 years of marketing experience in a corporate or consulting environment
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools (e.g. CRM email platforms)
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
