Job Description
Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team in Cincinnati. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
Provide accurate information regarding company services and client accounts
Assist with scheduling appointments processing requests and maintaining customer records
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client concerns efficiently
Follow up on open issues to ensure client satisfaction
Support daily administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
1 year of experience in customer service or administrative support
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
