SLA Reporting-Manage the staffing process including recruiting hiring and onboarding-
Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.-
Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution via Ticket and email-
Maintain company organization charts and employee directory-Workday Testing and Solution skills-
Maintain Workday system and processes-Provide support and guidance to all employees queries-
Analyze the issue in the process and come up with a solution-Maintains human resources records by updating/correcting their data in the system-
Handling queries related to Absence Time Pay Tax and General question-Assist employees to navigate Workday application-
Candidate should have a glimpse of below activities.

5 Navigation of Workday

Bachelors Degree
