Job Description
Develop and maintain a clear and compelling product vision and strategy for the automation platform aligned with companys overall technology and business objectives.
Create and manage a prioritized product roadmap based on user feedback market research and technical feasibility.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the platform and its features.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Work closely with engineering operations and other stakeholders to gather and document detailed product requirements.
Translate business needs into clear and concise user stories acceptance criteria and technical specifications.
Prioritize features and user stories based on business value technical feasibility and user impact.
Maintain a well-groomed product backlog in Jira (or your preferred project management tool).
Act as the product owner for one or more Agile development teams providing guidance and support throughout the development process.
Participate in sprint planning daily stand-ups sprint reviews and retrospectives.
Collaborate with engineering to ensure that features are delivered on time within budget and to the required quality standards.
Manage product releases including release notes documentation and communication to stakeholders.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization including engineering operations security and business units.
Communicate the product vision strategy and roadmap to stakeholders through presentations demos and other channels.
Gather feedback from stakeholders on the platform and its features and incorporate that feedback into the product roadmap.
Act as a point of contact for questions and issues related to the platform.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
5 years of experience in product management software engineering or a related field.
Strong understanding of automation technologies CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
