Key Responsibilities
Provide academic and administrative leadership to the Primary Section (Classes I V).
Supervise mentor and evaluate teaching staff to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
Design and implement innovative teaching methodologies and co-curricular activities.
Ensure compliance with CBSE/ICSE/IB/State Board guidelines (as applicable).
Maintain effective communication between management teachers parents and students.
Monitor student progress and implement strategies for academic excellence and discipline.
Organize staff training workshops and continuous professional development programs.
Ensure safety well-being and holistic growth of all students.
Prepare academic calendars timetables and ensure smooth execution of school activities.
Handle parent interactions and resolve concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications & Experience
Master s Degree in Education / Child Development / English / Science / Humanities (./. mandatory).
Minimum 10 15 years of teaching experience with at least 5 years in a leadership/administrative role in a reputed school.
Strong knowledge of modern teaching methodologies child psychology and primary school pedagogy.
Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to foster a positive school culture and motivate staff & students.
