Prepare cook and present authentic Chinese dishes including starters main courses and accompaniments.
Specialize in momos cooking (steamed fried tandoor-style etc.) with consistent taste and presentation.
Ensure high-quality food preparation standards in terms of flavor hygiene and portioning.
Design and update menu items in collaboration with restaurant management to cater to customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness organization and safety standards in the kitchen at all times.
Monitor stock levels of ingredients place requisitions and minimize food wastage.
Train and guide junior kitchen staff and assistants in Chinese cooking techniques.
Ensure timely preparation of food during peak hours to maintain customer satisfaction.
Follow all food safety hygiene and sanitation regulations.
Assist in developing new recipes and innovative food presentations to attract customers.
Proven experience as a Chinese Master / Chef in a reputed Chinese restaurant or hotel.
Specialized skills in momos preparation along with a variety of Chinese cuisines such as fried rice noodles soups and starters.
Strong understanding of authentic Chinese flavors sauces and spices.
Knowledge of kitchen operations food safety and hygiene standards.
Expertise in Chinese cooking techniques stir-frying steaming deep-frying and grilling.
Excellent time management skills to handle large orders efficiently.
Ability to work under pressure during peak hours.
Good leadership and teamwork skills to coordinate with kitchen staff.
Creativity in food presentation and menu planning.
Strong attention to detail with commitment to quality and consistency.
