Senior HR Recruiter
Location: Kolkata
Salary Range: 5 LPA 12 LPA (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Sourcing Strategies: Utilize job portals (Naukri LinkedIn Indeed) social media referrals and headhunting to attract top talent.
- Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial screenings coordinate interviews and assess candidate fit.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Employer Branding: Enhance the company s reputation as an employer of choice through effective engagement strategies.
- Data & Analytics: Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill cost-per-hire) and optimize processes for efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to HR initiatives as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: MBA in HR or related field preferred.
- Experience: 4 years in recruitment (IT hiring bulk recruitment or leadership hiring is a plus).
- Technical Skills: LinkedIn Recruiter and MS Office.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Kolkata s job market is advantageous.
