You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a highly analytical and data-driven Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid campaigns for international markets with a focus on Search Arbitrage. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Meta (Facebook) Ads platform performance marketing strategies and traffic monetization models. You ll be responsible for driving ROI-positive campaigns and scaling them across various geographies.
Plan launch manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for international markets (primarily Tier 1 countries).
Execute Search Arbitrage strategies to drive high-quality traffic to landing pages and monetize via search partners.
Perform keyword research audience segmentation and competitor analysis to refine targeting.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives headlines and landing pages to improve CTR and conversion rates.
Monitor daily budgets bids and overall campaign performance to ensure profitability.
Analyze campaign data to extract actionable insights and optimize accordingly.
Collaborate with the content design and tech teams for landing page optimization.
Stay updated with Meta Ads policies international trends and performance best practices.
2 4 years of experience in Meta (Facebook) Ads with a strong focus on international campaigns.
Prior experience in Search Arbitrage or Arbitrage-based models is mandatory.
Strong understanding of media buying bidding strategies and performance metrics.
Proficiency in using tools like Facebook Ads Manager Google Analytics Voluum or similar tracking platforms.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
Ability to work independently manage multiple campaigns and deliver performance targets.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Experience running campaigns for Tier 1 countries (US UK CA AU).
Familiarity with cloaking compliance and ad policy nuances.
Technical knowledge of pixel tracking postbacks and affiliate monetization.
