Job Description

Job Description:

Candidate should have sound knowledge of Project Planning & Scheduling of residential Infra & Plotted Development Projects.
Candidate should develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera Microsoft Project & Office.
Prepare & Monitor project progress reports and update schedules periodically.
Prepare and present all project reports such as MIS RERA Documents Progress meetings Presentations Project cashflow etc .
Candidate should have sound knowledge of day-to-day construction work.
Excellent communication interpersonal abilities & Effective communication skills.
Coordination with Project Manager consultants contractors vendors.
Sound knowledge of IS codes & construction standards.
