You will be responsible for ensuring our internal specialists have an in-depth understanding of Google Ads products including campaign creation optimization strategies and performance analysis. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise in digital marketing and a genuine passion for people
Responsibilities:1. Training Program Management & Delivery: Design develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and content for both new hires and tenured employees. This includes foundational knowledge advanced optimization techniques and updates on new product features. Youll lead engaging training sessions both in-person and virtually creating a positive and collaborative learning environment.
2. Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the go-to expert for Google Ads. Stay current with industry trends platform updates and best practices to ensure all training materials are accurate relevant and cutting-edge. This includes a deep understanding of campaign types (Search Display Video App Shopping) bidding strategies keyword research audience targeting and performance analysis.
3. Training Needs Analysis: Proactively identify skill gaps and training needs by analyzing performance data gathering feedback from team leaders and observing current workflows. Youll use this data to create targeted and impactful training interventions.
4. Content Creation & Maintenance: Develop a wide range of engaging and effective training materials including presentations e-learning modules workshops hands-on exercises and job aids. Youll also be responsible for regularly updating and refining existing content to reflect platform changes.
5. Performance Measurement & Impact Analysis: Track measure and report on the effectiveness of training programs. Youll analyze the impact of training on key business metrics such as team productivity campaign performance and customer satisfaction.
6. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional teams including operations product and leadership to align training initiatives with business goals and priorities. Youll act as a strategic partner to ensure our teams are always prepared for new challenges.
7. Mentorship & Coaching: Provide one-on-one coaching and support to individuals helping them to apply their learning in real-world scenarios and grow professionally. Your people-centric approach will be crucial in fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications :
Required Skills & Competencies: Ads Expertise: Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the Google Ads platform. You should be able to articulate the nuances of different bidding strategies performance metrics (e.g. CPA ROAS CTR) and advanced optimization techniques.b.
