Job Title: Category Executive Home Services (Chef Driver & Maid on Demand)
Department: Category executive / Business Operations Executive
Reports To: Category lead
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Category Executive to join our Home
Services vertical managing Chef on Demand Driver on Demand and Maid on Demand
categories. The role involves a mix of operations business development and market intelligence
ensuring category growth and service excellence.
This is an exciting opportunity for fresh MBAs or professionals with relevant work experience
who are passionate about building scalable service categories in the gig economy.
oSupport in onboarding training and managing service providers (chefs drivers
oWork on building pricing models commission structures and packages to meet
customer and partner needs.
oMonitor category performance metrics (supply demand customer satisfaction
oCoordinate with internal teams (recruitment tech marketing and support) for
oHandle escalations and ensure quality assurance for service partners.
oSupport the category manager in planning and executing growth strategies.
oWork with marketing teams on campaigns promotions and referral programs.
oExplore partnership opportunities with training institutes or local communities for
Education: MBA (Fresher or 1 2 years of experience in category management
operations or business development preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with data and
