Desired Skills and Experience
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or support roles preferably in tech or app-based businesses.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
Patience empathy and a problem-solving attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple queries efficiently.
Basic technical knowledge of mobile apps and social platforms is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support software is an advantage.
Flexible to work in shifts as per business needs.
