Maintain and update accounting records in Tally
Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping and financial entries
Support in preparing basic financial reports
Handle invoices receipts and expense records
Work closely with the finance team to ensure accuracy and compliance

Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization. Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, coordinating with hiring managers and teams. Candidate Evaluation: Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization. Reference Checks: Conduct reference checks to verify the accuracy of a candidate's work history and qualifications. Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the hiring process, including background checks and onboarding. Talent Pipeline Management: Maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings. Data and Reporting: Maintain recruitment data, generate reports, and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process. What we are looking for: Minimum of 3+ years of technology / product recruitment experience, hiring for mid to senior level roles for product companies. Strong sourcing skills across engineering roles using various sourcing channels. Experience working in a fast paced dynamic environment. High levels of ownership.
