Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update accounting records in Tally

  • Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping and financial entries

  • Support in preparing basic financial reports

  • Handle invoices receipts and expense records

  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure accuracy and compliance

Expectation from the role is to manage the end to end cycle of talent management within the company. Job Name: Talent Acquisition Specialist Years of Experience: 3+ Mandatory Skills: Experience with HR and recruitment tools, experience with full cycle recruitment, basic understanding of programming languages and use-cases. Good to have: People management skills, managed and organized meetups, campus recruitment and hack-a-thons. Key Responsibilities Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various methods, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to potential candidates. Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization. Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, coordinating with hiring managers and teams. Candidate Evaluation: Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization. Reference Checks: Conduct reference checks to verify the accuracy of a candidate's work history and qualifications. Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the hiring process, including background checks and onboarding. Talent Pipeline Management: Maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings. Data and Reporting: Maintain recruitment data, generate reports, and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process. What we are looking for: Minimum of 3+ years of technology / product recruitment experience, hiring for mid to senior level roles for product companies. Strong sourcing skills across engineering roles using various sourcing channels. Experience working in a fast paced dynamic environment. High levels of ownership.
