Job Summary
Job Role: OpenText xECM Administrator
Location: PAN INDIA
Experience: The ideal candidate should possess at least 5 years of hands-on experience in OpenText xECM for SAP with a focus on the Administrator role. The candidate should have a proven track record in the installation configuration and upgrade of OpenText xECM for SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and configuration of xECM for SAP suites with OpenText Content Server/Archive as well as OpenText Directory Services (OTDS).
- Upgrading OpenText xECM for SAP solutions from version 20.x to 24.x.
- Working with Container Deployment for OpenText xECM components.
- Administration of OpenText xECM for SAP solutions 20.x 21.x and above.
- Developing and configuring live reports/web reports scheduling and exporting output as Excel via email.
- Developing categories and extracting metadata via OCC/Enterprise Scan.
- Administering Content Server/Archive Server with configuration of Brava suite.
- Integrating with SAP modules such as SAP ECC/SAP HANA and deep knowledge in API Integration.
- Configuring OT Brava Viewer for Content Markup Redaction and Brava Administration.
- Configuring SSO using OTDS SAP Authorization for OTCS business attachments and documents.
- Building Smart UI for business users based on their roles.
- Domain knowledge in Insurance will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
