Demand Generation Manager to drive qualified lead generation and customer acquisition for our SEO citation and reputation management services. This role owns the entire marketing funnel from website and SEO strategy to paid campaigns email campaigns social engagement webinars and conversion optimization.
You will collaborate closely with the Operations Manager Systems Developer and CEO to generate qualified leads and continuously improve inbound marketing performance.
Own strategy structure and performance of the Link Helpers website.
Create and test high-converting landing pages and lead capture flows.
Collaborate with the web developer to implement CRO best practices.
Maintain messaging and design consistency across all branded assets.
Plan and publish keyword-optimized content including blog posts city pages and vertical pages.
Collaborate with citation and client success teams on keyword and content strategy.
Optimize existing pages and site structure for improved organic performance.
Track and report organic performance via GA4 Looker Studio and Google Search Console.
Leverage extensive SEO experience to increase visibility and drive traffic.
Manage and optimize the Link Helpers GMB profile.
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve local map pack visibility.
Use GMB insights to inform content and geo-targeting strategies.
Develop and optimize ad campaigns across Google Ads Facebook LinkedIn and other paid channels.
Manage budget allocation creatives A/B tests and landing page performance.
Track cost-per-lead (CPL) conversion rates and campaign ROI.
Execute full-funnel marketing campaigns from awareness to conversion.
Design and implement email campaigns and nurture flows for new and returning leads.
Segment audiences based on behavior and sales readiness.
Continuously test subject lines content and timing to improve engagement.
Maintain presence on LinkedIn Facebook and Alignable.
Repurpose content for social distribution and brand visibility.
Actively engage with target audiences and communities to build reach and trust.
Plan promote and host webinars to educate local businesses and agencies.
Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to prepare content.
Run lead capture reminder sequences and post-webinar nurturing campaigns.
Refine and document the companys USP and market positioning.
Ensure clear differentiation in all marketing content and outreach.
Develop content and brand voice guidelines for consistency.
Track marketing KPIs (traffic conversion CPL CAC LTV) across all channels.
Build and manage dashboards in Looker Studio and Google Sheets.
Monitor attribution paths for accurate source tracking.
Own internal marketing systems and automation including Go High Level tagging CRM flows and intake form attribution.
Own marketing KPIs and proactively report progress to the CEO.
Identify underperforming areas and recommend corrective campaigns or adjustments.
Conduct monthly marketing reviews with next-step recommendations.
4 years in B2C/B2B demand generation or digital marketing.
Proven experience in inbound lead generation with measurable results.
Extensive SEO experience and ability to drive organic growth.
Proficiency in Go High Level Google Ads Meta Ads and website CMS tools (WordPress/Webflow).
Experience with GA4 Google Tag Manager and CRM/reporting integrations.
Strong project management copywriting and communication skills.
Ability to execute full-funnel marketing campaigns including paid ads email campaigns and lead nurturing.
Experience marketing digital services to local businesses.
Familiarity with Google Business Profile optimization.
Certification in Google Ads Meta Ads or HubSpot.
Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp ConvertKit or similar).
Background in SaaS agencies or performance-driven marketing roles.
Publish 12 new content assets or campaigns.
Check and optimize running paid ad campaigns.
Update performance dashboards and adjust tactics as needed.
Coordinate with development or operations for CRO tasks.
Submit a full marketing performance report with insights.
Launch one new campaign (content ad webinar etc.).
Present next months demand generation roadmap to the CEO.
Maintain or improve KPIs including conversion rate and CPL.
