We are looking to empower the unemployed youth by providing you with an opportunity to gain experience in both Customer Service and Sales (Lead Generation). Our aim is for you to complete this learnership program and gain the necessary skills to take on any and every opportunity that presents itself to you. What does Boomerang Marketing gain from this Knowing that we provided the building blocks to your ever-growing future.
Being a part of this program opens doors for you to learn the soft skills needed for customer service and learn the negotiating skills needed for sales. We welcome those who have never worked in a call centre before as we have excellent trainers that will train you from the ground up.
Requirements
Clear criminal record (Required)
Applicants must be between 18 and 28 years old (Required)
Matric certificate or NQF Level 4 equivalent (Required)
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Required)
Must be customer service oriented
Basic computer literacy is essential
