Job Description
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a hands-on energetic Food and Beverage Anchor to join a luxury private reserve in the Kalahari. This role is for someone who thrives on the floor engaging with guests elevating service and ensuring the front-of-house team delivers exceptional hospitality at every turn.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a visible and active presence on the floor leading by example in service delivery.
Train mentor and support the waiter team to maintain high standards and consistency.
Demonstrate exceptional wine knowledge and confidently guide guests through pairings and experiences.
Elevate current food and beverage offerings continuously seeking opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with the management and culinary teams to ensure seamless service operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in luxury hospitality fine dining or high-end lodge environments.
Strong leadership and team training skills.
Excellent interpersonal and guest-facing skills.
Exceptional wine knowledge and an enthusiasm for elevating food and beverage experiences.
Energetic hands-on approach with a focus on being present in service areas.
