Responsibilities
Create engaging on-brand UGC-style content for TikTok and Instagram Reels
Appear on camera and speak directly to the audience in an authentic and relatable tone
Develop content ideas that align with marketing campaigns product launches and trends
Collaborate with the creative and marketing team on scripting storytelling and hooks
Monitor platform trends memes and viral formats to keep content fresh
Edit videos using mobile or desktop tools to ensure quality and polish
Analyze performance data and iterate on content to improve reach and engagement
Film content for paid ad campaigns
Maintain a consistent posting schedule and backlog of planned content
Requirements
Proven experience creating TikToks/Reels with strong engagement (personal or brand)
Comfortable speaking directly to camera and embodying a brand voice
Strong understanding of TikTok Instagram Reels and short-form video culture
Skilled in video editing (CapCut Adobe Suite or similar)
Ability to self-direct and film independently with minimal oversight
Strong grasp of storytelling hooks and pacing in short-form video
Bonus: Experience with lighting/audio setup or willingness to learn
