RESPONSIBILITIES:
Origination Support
- Analyse industry trends and identify new prospects
- Contribute to drafting investment proposals briefing notes and term sheets.
- Arrange and manage engagements with all stakeholders
Transaction Analysis
- Develop and maintain financial models
- Perform initial feasibility reviews including projections and sales absorption assumptions.
- Prepare credit screening notes investment papers and financial analyses for internal consideration.
- Support Investment Analysts in gathering and consolidating due diligence materials for new and ongoing deals.
Due Diligence & Execution
- Collect and structure information from clients such as budgets plans approvals and market data.
- Work with third parties including valuers legal advisors and technical consultants to obtain required documentation.
- Monitor and update the conditions precedent (CP) register ensuring timely resolution of outstanding items.
- Record and distribute minutes from key meetings.
Post-Close Monitoring
- Partner with Investment Analysts to track project drawdowns milestones and compliance obligations.
- Gather required documents promptly when processing drawdowns.
- Keep transaction files current with reports financials and ongoing correspondence.
General Support
- Maintain pipeline trackers and CRM systems to ensure accurate deal flow visibility.
- Prepare periodic reports for the Credit Committee and senior management.

Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related discipline.
- /- 2 years professional experience in a lending investment or corporate finance environment with exposure to transaction execution and analysis.
- Experience with financial modelling credit assessment or feasibility studies will be a strong advantage
- We re looking for someone with experience supporting credit or deal-making teams and an understanding of the stakeholders involved in transactions.
