Our client is a fast-growing construction company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Lead and manage construction projects through all phases from initial conception to final completion.
Conduct comprehensive project reviews to develop detailed schedules and accurate cost estimates.
Supervise both onsite and offsite construction activities to ensure strict adherence to building codes and safety regulations.
Coordinate and oversee the work of construction personnel and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution.
Select appropriate tools materials and equipment while maintaining accurate inventory records.
Ensure fulfillment of all contractual obligations related to project performance.
Monitor daily progress of construction work and address any issues promptly.
Prepare and submit regular reports on project status for both internal stakeholders and external parties.
Anticipate potential challenges proactively planning to prevent issues and resolving problems as they arise.
Negotiate contractual terms draft agreements and secure all necessary permits and licenses.
Identify assess and manage project risks to minimize impact on schedule and quality.
Uphold stringent quality standards by ensuring proper construction techniques are employed throughout the project.
Execute additional duties as assigned by company executives.
Requirements
Possession of a Bachelor s or Master s degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
A minimum of 15 years experience in construction management specifically focused on large-scale hotel and resort developments.
Demonstrated proven experience in construction management roles.
In-depth expertise in construction management methodologies processes and techniques.
Extensive knowledge of building materials construction details and applicable regulations standards and quality requirements.
Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the construction lifecycle.
Proficiency with construction management software tools.
Strong ability to plan strategically and maintain a holistic perspective on projects.
Skilled in managing conflicts and crisis situations effectively.
Proven leadership abilities and experience in managing human resources.
Exceptional skills in time management and project coordination.
Excellent verbal and written communication proficiency in English.
