Job Description

- Check and execute under the statistical process applying to each type of products when manufacturing.
- Ensure the sufficiency and accuracy on report.
- Check visual all of the label PO # SO # and technical detects on the products and advise Supervisor Team Leader Operators limit the detects and improve the production process
- Recording inspection results by completing reports at the end of shift summarizing re-works and wastes and inputting
data into quality database
- Accepting or rejecting finished items refer SOP/Tolerance/Approved Card
- Reject and record all products and materials that fail to meet specifications by NCR or CAR
- Reporting inspection and testing data
- Training the production team or new QC Operator on quality control measures to improve product excellence
- Support QC Team leaders verifying all equipment is calibrated correctly and keeping measurement equipment operating accurately by following calibration requirements
- Others Tasks as supervisor required.


Qualifications :

- High school diploma
- 0-1 year of experience in related field
- Must have good vision manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
- Skilled in basic math skills and legible handwriting.
- Must be able to follow verbal and written assembly instructions.
