Our client is a fast-growing logistics company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Oversee the operational management of the agreed business scope between the group and customers across the group s product portfolio.
Assist in the strategic evaluation of account strategies business plans and growth initiatives to enhance operational delivery.
Monitor and manage customer operational KPIs for designated accounts to ensure compliance with service standards and high levels of customer satisfaction. Accountable for regional performance within the country.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as required ensuring they are created regularly updated controlled disseminated and utilized by business teams.
Lead the operational onboarding process for new product launches assigned to specific accounts collaborating with the business implementation team to support smooth integration.
Coordinate and deliver training programs to clarify customers operating procedures to the Operations teams.
Inspire and mentor operational teams to prioritize exceptional customer service.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor s degree in a relevant discipline.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Air Operations or OKAM.
Industry Background: Experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics is essential.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
In-depth knowledge of global and local applications SOPs/guidelines as well as regulatory and compliance requirements.
Skilled in communication across all levels from operational staff to board executives.
Proficiency in English both written and spoken is mandatory; proficiency in Chinese communication is required.
