Job description:
Organize and develop the department according to company direction; handle recruitment professional training and communication of policies and decisions to team members.
Assign tasks and monitor outcomes in the department s areas of responsibility.
Manage coordinate supervise and take responsibility before the Deputy General Director General Director and the Board of Directors regarding progress and quality of work carried out by the team.
Maintain and supplement human resources in line with the Deputy General Director s direction and the company s annual plan.
Organize and execute shop drawings and fabrication work serving production needs. Communicate with clients coordinate with relevant departments to propose and adjust design solutions suitable for fabrication manufacturing and construction; review and approve shop drawings.
Carry out work assignments delegated by the Deputy General Director.
Other tasks will be discussed during the interview.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Economics or related fields from technical universities.
Strong technical expertise.
Experience in design within the relevant management field.
Proficient in specialized software such as AutoCAD Tekla Structures etc.
Honest enthusiastic proactive resourceful and with strong communication skills.
Tolerant compassionate able to motivate employees and decisive in professional matters.
Responsible and able to work under pressure.
