Role Summary
We are seeking a strategic and energetic leader with deep Capital Markets and Banking experience to help lead our growth in the New York market. This role combines leadership in delivery business development and people management. The ideal candidate will bring strong subject matter expertise consulting delivery excellence and a demonstrated ability to build and manage client relationships and teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead high-impact consulting engagements across:
Operating model design and transformation
Large-scale system implementations including trading finance and risk systems
Data and analytics adoption with a focus on insight-driven performance improvement
Regulatory and compliance-driven change
What Youll Do:
- Serve as asubject matter expertin front-to-back capital markets processes including front-office trading finance risk and operations
- Apply strong understanding ofcore banking and trading platforms(e.g. Murex Calypso Bloomberg Aladdin SAP Oracle Moodys Risk Authority Wolters Kluwer Actimize) and the business processes they support
- Leverage knowledge offinance and risk functions(e.g. P&L reporting balance sheet management regulatory capital market and credit risk stress testing)
- Help clients adopt and scaleAI data management and governance practicesaligned with key industry trends such as:
- AI/ML for fraud detection trading signals or client servicing
- Enterprise data governance using platforms likeCollibra Informatica or Snowflake
- Cloud migration and data modernization strategies
- Build and manage alarge sales pipelineand overseemultiple client accountssimultaneously
- Collaborate with firm leadership onhiring team building and culture development
- Represent the firm externally with clients and internally as a cultural and leadership role model
- Contribute to thought leadership solution development and go-to-market initiatives
What Youll Bring:
- 1018 years of experience in consulting primarily within Capital Markets and/or Banking
- Prior tenure at a top-tier consulting firm (Big 4 Accenture Strategy or high-performing boutique)
- Strong domain expertise in trading finance and risk within global or regional banks
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex programs manage diverse teams and deliver measurable outcomes
- Proven business development skills including managing a pipeline and converting opportunities into projects
- Familiarity with financial services data architecture AI enablement and modern technology platforms
- Located in New York with strong industry relationships
- High energy entrepreneurial drive and passion for leading people and solving client challenges
Travel and Education:
- Bachelors degree (or higher) in Accounting Business Finance Information Systems or other technical disciplines
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 20%-30% (varies by client)
- Availability to work on client site or in office 3 days a week with 2 days remote (hybrid environment)

For applicants located in New York CrossCountry Consulting is required to include an estimate of the compensation range for this role. The following range takes into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to skills experience education licenses certifications business needs and internal equity. An estimate of the current range is $178000 - $356000 per year annual bonus additional benefits.
