Job Description
We are hiring a results-driven Associate Category Manager to assist in developing and executing category management strategies that maximize sales profitability and market share. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior management to analyze product categories manage vendor relationships and optimize merchandising strategies for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing category strategies aligned with business objectives.
Conduct market analysis and monitor trends to identify opportunities.
Support in product assortment planning and pricing strategies.
Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely product delivery and quality.
Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns for assigned categories.
Track category performance metrics and prepare performance reports.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with knowledge of retail merchandising.
Proficiency in category analysis tools and reporting.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
