We are seeking a dedicated Client Account Representative to manage and nurture client relationships ensuring satisfaction and retention. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts understanding client objectives and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal departments.
Develop and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
Understand client goals and propose tailored solutions.
Monitor account performance and address any issues promptly.
Prepare and present progress reports proposals and recommendations.
Collaborate with sales marketing and service teams to meet client expectations.
Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling services.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in account management client services or sales.
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
