Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Service Associate to join our this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients ensuring their needs are met with professionalism efficiency and care. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills a problem-solving mindset and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams addressing inquiries promptly.
Manage client accounts ensuring all deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
Provide product/service information guidance and support to clients.
Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention.
Resolve issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in client service account management or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
