Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Representative to join our dynamic this role you will be responsible for managing client relationships identifying growth opportunities and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support. Responsibilities

Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
Track account performance and provide regular updates to management.
Assist in resolving any client issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of client communications and transactions.
Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in account management sales or customer service.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
