We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Dallas this role you will be the primary point of contact for our clients ensuring their inquiries are handled promptly and professionally. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and other communication channels in a timely manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products services and policies.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
Maintain and update customer records in the database.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service quality.
Follow up with clients to ensure their concerns have been resolved satisfactorily.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
