Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Relationship Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with clients ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities to provide additional value. The ideal candidate will be proactive customer-focused and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Develop a thorough understanding of client needs goals and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and successful project execution.
Monitor account performance prepare reports and present updates to clients.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Communications or related field preferred.
2 years of experience in client relationship management account management or customer service.
Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is a plus.
