Job Summary

Sales Representative - WA

We re looking for a driven people-focused individual to step into a dynamic Sales Representative role in the lighting industry. You ll be joining a team that values learning by doing - supporting field visits nurturing client relationships and exploring real-world sales opportunities.


In this role you ll gain direct exposure to channel sales through hands-on experience with distributors agents and internal teams. Expect to spend most of your week out in the field learning the craft of relationship-based sales while helping drive regional business growth.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist with field sales activities and client meetings

  • Build rapport with distributor partners and sales agents

  • Contribute to sales initiatives by supporting lead generation follow-ups and outreach

  • Develop product and market knowledge to support future territory ownership
