Key Responsibilities:
- Architect & Lead: Own the end-to-end architecture of ServiceNow solutions including ITSM ITOM ITBM HRSD ITAM and CMDB modules
- Strategic Planning: Define roadmap and architectural vision in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders
- Integration Design: Lead integrations with platforms such as Active Directory SAP AWS Azure and Salesforce
- Platform Optimization: Improve scalability performance and usability across the ServiceNow ecosystem
- Governance & Security: Ensure system integrity compliance and security through proper access controls and governance
- Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor on ServiceNow best practices and process automation
- Team Leadership: Mentor and support development teams driving best-in-class development standards
- Documentation & Enhancements: Produce technical documentation and lead upgrades/feature roll-outs aligned with latest ServiceNow releases
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years experience in ServiceNow architecture including at least 3 years in a lead/architect role
- Deep platform expertise in ITSM ITOM CMDB HRSD and CSDM alignment
- Integration proficiency using REST/SOAP APIs OAuth2 MID Server and scripting (JavaScript Glide API)
- Hands-on knowledge of Flow Designer Predictive Intelligence Virtual Agent and update set deployment processes
- Certifications preferred: CSA CAD CTA
- Strong ITIL knowledge (Incident Problem Change and Configuration Management)
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders
Preferred Experience:
- ServiceNow modules: ITOM HAM/SAM CSM CRM
- Experience with DevOps CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
- Cloud platform integration experience (e.g. AWS Azure)
