Role Summary
We re hiring a Collision Estimator (Repair Planner) to own the estimate lifecycle from intake through delivery: blueprinting insurer communication (DRP) parts and supplements customer updates and final documentation all aligned to OEM guidelines and CCC workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Blueprint and estimate repairs in CCC using OEM procedures including scans calibrations corrosion protection ADAS and refinish ops.
- Ensure OEM and DRP compliance; manage photos documentation and KPI expectations.
- Build and manage supplements; coordinate with parts for pricing availability and returns.
- Communicate proactively with customers carriers and production; maintain timely status updates and approvals.
- Partner with production to minimize rework reduce cycle time and hit touch-time and CSI goals.
- Maintain complete audit-ready files (photos repair lines notes).
Must-Have Qualifications
- Consistent stable work history as a Collision Estimator / Repair Planner.
- Hands-on experience with Insurance DRP workflows and adjuster interactions.
- Proven ability to follow OEM estimating guidelines and research procedures.
- Proficiency in CCC (CCC ONE estimating/management).
- Strong blueprinting and supplement writing; able to justify operations with proper documentation.
- Excellent communication organization and follow-through.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in OEM-certified and/or EV repair environments.
- I-CAR coursework or OEM training exposure.
- Knowledge of pre/post scans ADAS calibrations and corrosion protection standards.
- KPI fluency (cycle time touch time CSI gross profit on parts/refinish).
