RSCS is a Full-Service Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Construction and Service company servicing 8 states across the western USA and in business for over 25 years We are seeking a highly skilled and dependable Commercial Refrigeration and HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This is not an entry-level position only candidates with 3 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial refrigeration will be considered.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Minimum 3 5 years of experience as a Refrigeration Service Technician
  

• Proficient in:
  

  • Troubleshooting of commercial refrigeration

  • Leak Detection

  • Performing motor alignments
    

  • Diagnosing and working with electrical systems and controls
    

  • Troubleshooting and servicing multiple brands of equipment and control systems
    

  • Understanding refrigeration systems (not residential only experience)
    

• Capable of:
  

  • Field Administrational Assistance & Operations Management
    

  • Working independently in client facilities
    

  • Troubleshooting and repairing equipment when operators cannot
    

  • Performing start-ups of refrigeration systems
    

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

• Experienced in both commercial refrigeration and HVAC
  

• Self-motivated hands-on and a self-starter
  

• Well-organized and detail-oriented
  

• Comfortable with travel and participating in an on-call rotation
  

• Must have a clean driving record
