As a Senior Manufacturing Consultant you will be a key member of a global D365 Supply Chain Management rollout team deploying standardized solutions across US sites. This role focuses on integrating D365 F&SCM Warehousing processes with minimal customization by leveraging out-of-the-box functionalities. You will support workshops training configuration data management testing and overall consultancy while identifying and resolving site-specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and re-engineer warehousing workflows to align with standard D365 F&SCM best practices.
- Assess local manufacturing needs and adapt the global core solution accordingly.
- Facilitate solution workshops and gain stakeholder alignment on implementation strategies.
- Guide organizational change to enable seamless system adoption.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective training data support and user enablement.
- Monitor market trends and contribute to solution enhancements and business case development.
- Mentor junior consultants and support team development initiatives.
Must-Have Skills:
- In-depth expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) with focus on Warehousing.
- Proven experience with manufacturing business processes and related system configurations.
- Strong proficiency in solution gap analysis functional design and workshop facilitation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex supply chain environments.
- Effective stakeholder communication and interpersonal engagement across technical and business teams.
- Track record in training delivery testing coordination and data migration support.
- Leadership qualities in team mentorship and knowledge sharing.
Preferred Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate
- Additional credentials in Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement frameworks are advantageous.
