Position Summary
The Program Delivery and Commercialization Director drives the end-to-end delivery of Visas most strategic product-led initiatives for the North America Consumer Payments organizationincluding large-scale wallet and digital payments programs. This role works hand-in-hand with wallet clients global product and technology partners and a broad set of internal stakeholders (Risk Pricing Marketing Legal Client Services etc.) to translate requirements into executable roadmaps secure resources manage cross-functional work streams and ensure timely high-quality launches. Success in this position hinges on superior program-management discipline client-centric thinking and the ability to bring structure to ambiguous fast-moving environments.

Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 6 years of work experience with a PhD
Minimum 5 years as a program or project manager leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
Demonstrated knowledge of Visas business model commercialization processes and internal governance.
Hands-on experience partnering with Visa Technology and/or Global Product organizations on solution delivery.
Extensive experience leading large-scale complex programs in a global matrixed organization.
Exceptionally structured organized and able to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Action-oriented owner mindsettranslates high-level concepts into concrete execution plans.
Strong capability in stakeholder management and communication at all organizational levels.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel able to build executive-ready presentations and data models.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including experience presenting to senior leadership and external clients.
Superior judgment and decision-making skills especially under pressure.
Additional Information :
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 178400.00 to 258750.00 USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge skills experience and addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
