Job Description

Prioxtel Virtual Solutions is looking for 10 part-time Customer Experience Analysts to

help us assess the quality of customer interactions across a variety of industries.


You ll work from home set your own schedule and play a key role in helping companies

improve their customer service.

Requirements

Your Responsibilities:

  • Pass a short test call to qualify
  • Call assigned companies and rate their service
  • Document detailed accurate feedback
  • Submit your review before the deadline


Benefits

Pay:

  • $3.00 per call (Up to $30.00 for 8 calls)


We re Looking For:

  • 6 months of customer service experience
  • Great listening skills & written communication
  • Ability to work independently & meet deadlines
  • Computer & phone that meet technical requirements
