Physician in Practice: 3

Support Staff: 3 Office Staff 1 APP MAs RNs

- Financial Counselor Referral Coordinators

Case Mix: Arthritis 80%; Autoimmune 100%

Procedures:

- Diagnostic/Therapeutic Taps: Arthrocentesis

- Joint/Soft Tissue Injections

No of Exam Rooms: 17

- Infusion: 12

Trauma Level: II

Lab and Pharmacy onsite

EMR: Epic

Hospital Privileges required: Yes

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active WA License or IMLC

BLS
