Job Description
This is a remote position.
The Data Support Specialist plays a vital role in maintaining accurate reliable and accessible data across Quest Aviation s operational systems. This position supports flight operations maintenance scheduling billing and reporting ensuring smooth coordination among departments. Ideal candidates are detail-focused tech-savvy and enjoy problem-solving in a structured but dynamic aviation environment.
Key Responsibilities
Data Maintenance & Entry: Accurately input update and validate operational and financial data (e.g. flight logs maintenance records client details and billing information) in internal systems.
Reporting & Analytics: Generate and distribute daily weekly and ad-hoc reports on key metrics like flight activity maintenance schedule adherence revenue tracking and operational performance.
Quality Assurance: Regularly audit data for accuracy and consistency identify discrepancies and work with teams to reconcile data and implement corrective measures.
System Support & Coordination: Liaise with IT and operations teams to troubleshoot data-related issues assist in system enhancements and test new system functionalities.
Standardization & Documentation: Develop and maintain data entry guidelines workflows and documentation to ensure consistency across functional areas.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize data workflows suggest automation opportunities and implement process improvements for efficiency.
Requirements
High school diploma required; Associate s or Bachelor s degree in Data Management Aviation Management Business or a related field preferred.
Prior experience in data entry data analysis or operational support aviation or logistics sector experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail organizational skills and a high level of accuracy.
Proficiency with spreadsheet software (e.g. Excel) databases and reporting tools. Familiarity with aviation data systems is advantageous.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Analytical mindset strong problem-solving abilities and commitment to maintaining data integrity.

Bachelor s degree in Aviation Management, Aerospace Engineering, Business, or related field (Master s preferred). Proven leadership with the ability to build cohesive, high-performing teams. Strong analytical, budgetary, and strategic planning skills. Pilot license or aviation certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
