Job Description

Flexible Work Base Pay Generous Commission Unlimited Earning Potential

Rosies People is an international executive leadership HR and business operations consultancy supporting global businesses and individuals. We help organisations manage risk drive change optimise performance and achieve bottom-line improvements. Our tailored partnership-led approach makes us a trusted name across multiple industries.

We are expanding our global sales team and looking for proactive goal-oriented Business Development & Sales Consultants to help source new business and partnership opportunities.

This is a contract role (5 hours per week 1 hour per day Monday to Friday) that offers flexibility autonomy and high earning potential. The base pay is in your local currency plus generous commission for deals closed.


Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Outreach - Identify and engage potential clients using your network LinkedIn email and cold-calling.
  • Client Relationship Building - Develop strong relationships with decision-makers HR leaders and business owners.
  • Sales Pipeline Management - Track leads follow up on conversations and keep opportunities moving.
  • Sales Presentations & Pitches - Clearly communicate the value of Rosies People services to prospective clients.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams - Work closely with our consultancy team to align sales strategies with client needs
  • Market & Industry Research - Stay informed about industry trends competitors and client challenges to position our solutions effectively.


Requirements

We want self-driven sales professionals who excel at building relationships generating leads and closing deals. If you thrive in a fast-paced results-driven environment this role is for you.

Ideal Candidates Must Have:

  • Proven experience in sales business development or lead generation (2 years)
  • A strong professional network of HR leaders business owners or decision-makers
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • A results-driven mindset - self-motivated and able to meet targets independently
  • Experience in HR consulting staffing or recruitment services (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to work autonomously without the need for constant oversight
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
