Job Description
DOD Senior Construction Project Manager / Superintendent position in Salt Lake City UT
We are hiring for a Senior Construction Project Manager / Superintendent with DOD experience. This is a permanent full-time position with benefits and requires travel.
Responsibilities:
- Manage one or multiple large Department of Defense Construction projects with Project Values up to 30 million
- Manage schedule budgets change-orders submit RFIs
- Build and maintain relationship with Navy Air Force and other DOD divisions
- Make sure projects are completed on-time and under budget
- Communicate with Sub-contractors Vendors and Internal Estimating and Management team
Requirements:
- Prior DOD Construction Project experience
- 5 years of large Construction Project Management experience
- 5 years of QC Safety and Superintendent experience
- 10 years of Construction experience including prior field experience
