We are seeking a motivated and personable Client Relationship Representative to join our team in Houston this role you will be responsible for fostering positive relationships with clients ensuring their satisfaction and serving as their primary point of contact. You will work closely with internal teams to address client needs resolve concerns and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients maintaining strong and trusting relationships.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.
Address and resolve client inquiries concerns or issues in a professional manner.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
Provide regular updates and reports on client status and satisfaction levels.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or related field preferred.
Proven experience in client relationship management or customer service.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
