We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Assistant to support the planning coordination and execution of a wide range of company events. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments has strong organizational skills and enjoys collaborating with a team to create high-quality experiences for our clients and partners.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and organizing corporate events open houses networking sessions and community activities.
Coordinate event logistics including venue booking catering equipment rental and vendor communications.
Manage event timelines ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
Support event promotion through internal communications and marketing materials.
Monitor event budgets and track expenses.
Provide on-site event assistance including setup guest reception and troubleshooting.
Prepare post-event reports and gather feedback to improve future events.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Event Management Marketing Communications or related field (preferred).
12 years of experience in event planning or coordination.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with event management tools is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings or weekends for events.
Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
