We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team and make an immediate impact in supporting children s communication development.
This is a wonderful opportunity for new graduates to complete their CFY in a supportive collaborative environment while receiving mentorship and guidance from experienced SLPs.
Position Overview:
In this role you will conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to assess students needs and monitor their progress. You ll attend and actively participate in IEP meetings as well as school and district-wide meetings ensuring that student goals are accurately represented and supported. Direct therapy services will be provided in both individual and group settings in alignment with each student s IEP. You will develop and implement tailored treatment plans for students with speech and language delays or disorders making necessary adjustments based on progress data. Regular supervision sessions will be part of your schedule to fulfill CFY requirements promote professional growth and enhance your clinical skills. Collaboration with teachers parents and other professionals will be key to supporting student success across academic social and behavioral domains.
Requirements
- ASHA certification (or in progress).
- Eligible for state licensures as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Master s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidate or completion of academic requirements to begin CFY.
