Job Description
Speech Language Pathologist- Travel Position
Location: Grants Pass OR
Job Type: Travel Contract
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 3x12s
Pay: $2096/week
Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our healthcare team. The SLP will evaluate diagnose and treat patients with speech language voice and swallowing disorders. The ideal candidate is patient-centered collaborative and committed to helping individuals improve communication and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and diagnose speech language and swallowing disorders.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapy to improve communication fluency voice and swallowing function.
Educate and support patients families and caregivers in therapy techniques.
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
Collaborate with physicians educators and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA (Preferred)
BLS/CPR certification COVID vaccine TB test
Minimum of 1-year clinical experience in speech language and swallowing therapy
