The Executive Protection Consultant is responsible for ensuring the safety security and seamless mobility of the CEO members of the Board and other senior executives of CNA. This role oversees all aspects of executive transportation and personal security including route planning threat assessment and coordination with venues and law enforcement. The Consultant serves as a trusted presence combining deep knowledge of New York City with executive-level professionalism to deliver discreet reliable and high-touch protection services.JOB DESCRIPTION:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Performs a combination of duties in accordance with departmental guidelines:
Provide secure confidential and efficient transportation for the CEO and other executives ensuring punctuality and comfort.
Conduct advance route planning and real-time navigation to avoid traffic congestion high-risk areas and logistical delays.
Maintain expert-level knowledge of NYC neighborhoods traffic flows emergency routes and top-tier restaurants hotels and venues.
Coordinate with internal teams and external contacts to ensure seamless transitions between meetings events and travel.
Perform ongoing threat assessments and implement appropriate protective measures tailored to executive profiles and schedules.
Liaise with local law enforcement and private security teams as needed to ensure comprehensive coverage.
Ensure vehicles are maintained to executive standards and stocked with necessary amenities.
Uphold the highest standards of discretion professionalism and confidentiality.
May perform additional duties as assigned.
Flexibility to work varying hours including nights weekends and holidays as required.
Reporting Relationship: Director or above.
Skills Knowledge & Abilities
Proven ability to operate under pressure and respond swiftly to dynamic situations.
Executive presence and professionalism; able to interact with high-level stakeholders with discretion and tact.
Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills.
Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings evenings and weekends.
CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
Education & Experience
Minimum 710 years of experience in executive protection law enforcement or federal security services (e.g. NYPD Secret Service).
Extensive knowledge of New York City including traffic patterns neighborhoods and high-profile venues.
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record; defensive driving certification preferred.

In certain jurisdictions CNA is legally required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this District of Columbia California Colorado Connecticut Illinois Maryland Massachusetts New York and Washington the national base pay range for this job level is $72000 to $141000 determinations are based on various factors including but not limited to relevant work experience skills certifications and location.
