Were searching for a Customer Service (CS) Supervisor to support the daily activities of our Customer Service Departmentan exceptionally important business area with high standards of quality service accuracy and efficiency. The CS Supervisor will be joining a first-class team that delivers fantastic customer experience at every touch point and will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a subset of the department. Responsibilities for this position include staffing training scheduling and assigning workload to the team.
The CS Supervisor is accountable for meeting the operational and service goals of the department and will help define the processes procedures and systems to support and sustain long-term growth while promoting best in class service. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem solver with a knack for thinking outside the box and providing exceptional service while doing it.

At Lakeshore we pay local market wages for employees that reside within Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
For this position new employees joining Lakeshore who live within Los Angeles and Orange Counties are typically brought into the organization at a salary rate between $53500 - $83500 depending on relevant experience & skillset.
This range is indicative of projected hiring range. The annual base compensation will take into account each candidates relevant experience location and skillset.
